Today when I saw again facebook down i tried to find how to know that a particular site is down and I find the link on my twitter account i am following downrightnow and i forgot about that. So finally i got my link

    downrightnow was created to tell you when popular web services are experiencing trouble. It pulls together information from several sources to determine when there's an outage or other disruption:
